  • Make timely payments for services rendered as per the agreed terms
  • Review and approve all work products before submission to HMRC or Companies House
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your business structure or circumstances

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on the services you select and the complexity of your business. Payment terms include:

  • Fees will be agreed upon before services commence and outlined in your engagement letter
  • Payment is typically due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment until all outstanding invoices are settled
  • Additional fees may apply for work beyond the agreed scope or for urgent requests

5. Professional Standards

We are committed to maintaining the highest professional standards. Our services are provided in accordance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and professional guidelines. We maintain professional indemnity insurance to protect both our clients and our practice.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your information:

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential
  • Information will only be disclosed with your consent or as required by law
  • We may disclose information to HMRC, Companies House, or other regulatory bodies as required
  • Trusted third-party service providers may have access to your data under strict confidentiality agreements

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely services:

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you
  • We are not responsible for penalties or fines resulting from late submission of information by the client
  • Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 24H Accountancy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Work products created specifically for you remain your property, but we retain the right to use anonymized data for improving our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

  • By providing 30 days written notice
  • Immediately for material breach of these terms
  • Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees for services provided up to the termination date
  • We will provide you with all your records and documents upon settlement of outstanding fees
  • We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breakdown in the working relationship

10. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and provide a full response within 28 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant professional body or seek independent advice.
